I am not the same person I was when I first joined. The beautiful part about network marketing is the personal growth you develop in this journey. ASEA every year has a whole training about the Ethos of the company and the people we want to attract which sets it apart from other network marketing companies. From confidence-building to leadership development, it’s a personal development journey with a compensation plan attached to it. These trips include training, but the best part is getting to meet people you might not have otherwise connected with, deepening relationships with fellow associates, picking leaders’ brains, and exploring new parts of the world—all while enjoying fun activities!
